About the Role:
As part of the Golf Course Staff, you’ll support the daily operations of our course. This includes assisting players, maintaining pace of play, and ensuring guests have everything they need for a great round. Whether you’re greeting players at the first tee or organizing carts, your role is key to the experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist golfers in a friendly, professional manner
- Set up and maintain tee times, scorecards, and starter stations
- Monitor pace of play and course etiquette (as a Marshal)
- Prepare and maintain golf carts for guest use
- Assist in staging and cleaning golf carts
- Support special tournaments and events as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the golf course areas (trash, signage, etc.)
- Provide information about course rules, conditions, and services
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of golf is a plus, but not required
- Must be 16+ (or meet minimum age requirement per local laws)
