Beverage Cart Attendant

Location: Great Gorge Golf Club 414 County Rd. 517, Vernon NJ 07462

Job Type: Part Time up to 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Beverage Cart Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests at Great Gorge Golf Club. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for serving a variety of alcoholic beverages and snacks to golfers on the course, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the beverage cart efficiently and safely while driving around the golf course.
• Serve a selection of alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized cart, ensuring all supplies are stocked and properly displayed.
• Monitor and check the identification of guests to confirm they meet the legal drinking age.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Keep track of sales and inventory, reporting any discrepancies to the management.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with special events or tournaments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a golf course or outdoor setting.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to navigate the golf course terrain safely.
