Golf Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Golf Attendant to help deliver an exceptional guest experience at our busy public golf course. This role focuses on customer service, pace-of-play management, and ensuring all players enjoy a smooth and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet golfers and provide course information
• Monitor pace of play and assist groups as needed
• Enforce course rules and etiquette professionally
• Support golf outings and weekend play
• Promote events and encourage repeat visits
• Promote & Sell Pro Shop Merchandise to guests
• Answer phones, make/change reservations, & take payments

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 Years Old or Older with a Full, Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work indoor & outdoors in varying weather
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Prior golf or hospitality experience preferred
• Able to efficiently and accurately process customer check-out including cash, check and credit cards
